Vic Keller

Founder

Vic Keller is not a career banker. He is a builder.

Over the past two decades, Vic has founded, scaled, acquired, and exited multiple founder-led companies across diverse industries. Several of his businesses were acquired by Berkshire Hathaway, one of the most respected holding companies in the world. That experience gave him a front-row seat to how sophisticated acquirers evaluate risk, leadership, culture, and long-term durability.

He has operated through rapid growth, margin compression, leadership transitions, capital structuring, acquisitions, and complex exits. He understands what it feels like to carry payroll, navigate lenders, fix operational bottlenecks, and build teams that can sustain enterprise value.

That operating depth shapes how Experience Ventures runs transactions.

Vic works directly with founders to position their business properly before going to market. That means tightening financial presentation, clarifying value drivers, strengthening leadership narratives, and targeting the right buyer universe. He does not believe in broad, unfocused auction processes. He believes in disciplined positioning and strategic competition.

Private equity firms and strategic acquirers respect businesses that are clean, focused, and institutional in presentation. Vic’s role is to ensure sellers show up that way.

Experience Ventures was built around one principle: founders deserve advisors who have actually built and exited companies themselves.
