From The Founder

I built Experience Ventures because I know what this moment actually feels like.

Vic Keller, Founder of Experience Ventures
I am a founder and an operator. I have started, acquired, and operated companies across industries from automotive to consumer products to technology. I have scaled businesses through real world chaos, struggled through hard seasons, and exited when the timing and structure were right. I have also stayed in businesses longer than most advisors would recommend, because the decision was not just financial.
Over the years, I have exited multiple companies, including selling three businesses to Berkshire Hathaway, one of the most disciplined acquirers in the world. I have worked with strategic buyers, private equity groups, and long-term operators. I have sat on both sides of the table.

Those experiences shaped how I think about this work.

Most owners do not need another pitch. They need perspective. Too many get rushed. Too many get pressured. Too many are advised by people who have never carried the consequences.

Experience Ventures exists to give owners a different experience. Calm. Thoughtful. Grounded in real operating experience.

Sometimes the right answer is selling. Sometimes it is waiting. Sometimes it is a partial exit or recapitalization. The right answer is rarely obvious, which is exactly why this work matters.

f you reach out, expect no pitch, no pressure, and no manufactured urgency. Just an honest conversation.

Start with a real conversation

Whether you are six months out or five years away, the right conversation early changes everything. No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity about where you stand and what paths are available.
